This time, we are geared up with the ultimate list of Web Browsers. Crawling every browser we can from the insanely popular Firefox to the lesser known Abaco and almost every web browser in between.
The List
Safari: Safari, known for its elegant design, lets you enjoy the web with blazing speed. Features include pop up blocking, inline find, snapback, automatic form filling, private browsing, graceful user interface and security. And it works on the Mac, PC, iPhone, and iPod touch. Opera: It is a free browser with excellent standards support. With features like, feed preview, speed dial, Opera gives you a customized browsing experience. Check out the top features on Opera here.
Abaco: Abaco is a multi-page graphical web browser intended to retrieve and display web pages. Abaco supports most of the HTML 4.1 standard including frames, tables and other tags.
The WorldWideWeb Browser: The first web browser and WYSIWYG browser-editor was called WorldWideWeb. When it was written in 1990 by Sir Tim Berners-Lee, it was the only way to see the web. It was used not only the common File Transfer Protocol but also the Hypertext Transfer Protocol.
Google Chrome: Google Chrome is a free web browser developed by Google. Some of its key features include search from the address bar, private browsing, thumbnails to your most visited sites, application shortcuts and crash control.
Mosaic: Mosaic was the first web browser which provided support for graphics, sound, and video clips. It was also the first one to display images inline with text instead of displaying images in a separate window.
Microsoft Internet Explorer: Microsoft Internet Explorer is a graphical web browser. Some of its distinguishing features include search suggestions, smarter address bar, enhanced tabbed browsing, inprivate browsing and automatic crash recovery.
NetScapeNavigator: Netscape Navigator is a web browser from Netscape Communications Corporation. It features one-click searching from the address bar, improved instant messaging, file transfers and buddy alerts. This browser has created great history in the past but its no more in use. It’s official support ended on March 1st 2008.
Konqueror: Konqueror is a versatile application which can act as web browser, file manager and a universal viewing application. With Konqueror you can view documents without ever having to launch another application. It uses KIO plugins to extend its capabilities. Read more about it here.
Flock: Flock is a social web browser powered by Mozilla. With features like ‘My World’, everything comes to you at one place including feeds, friend updates, favorites and photo/videos updates. It also includes a blog editor, webmail, media bar, web clipboard and photo uploader.

Mozilla Firefox: Firefox has a jaw dropping 230 million users of the total 1.2 billion Internet users around the world. Few of its cool features are Smart location bar, one click bookmarking, anti-virus software, addons, anti phishing and many more.
kmeleon: Kmeleon is a customizable, light weight web browser. Apart from tabbed browsing, quick search and pop-up blocking it has a unique macros plugin, by which you can enhance its features and capabilities.
epiphany: Epiphany is the web browser for the GNOME desktop. It has an easy to use interface that fits in perfectly with GNOME. So far it has been translated to over sixty languages. Check out key features of Epiphany here.
