Most of the time these days we use email to send all of our thoughts around to the people we know or work with.  However, there are times when we still need to write a letter, and if we have to write a letter that requires some type of formatting, we might need a little guidance.

NiceLetter is a web application that handles the job of formatting and structuring your letter for you. All you need to do is select the format and structure that best suits your needs and edit the content inside the letter.

In order to write a basic letter, all you need to do is write the content of the letter as well as receiver’s and sender’s information.

Where NiceLetter gets really useful is in its gallery of free sample letters.  The sample letters they provide cover a variety of topics from letters to Santa to resignation letters.  I’m sure you will be able to find the letter outline you are looking for.  Once you select the letter format you want, just fill out the fields and body as mentioned above.

After you writer your letter, you can choose the format you want.  There are two options available: Rich Text Format (MS Word compatible) or PDF.
