Todofrog is a web based list manager that enables you to create multiple lists which can be set either for public or private access.  It allows you to re-order to do items and lists quickly by drag and drop.  It also indicates the number of items yet to be finished in each list and organizes your lists as drafts and completed lists for easy accessibility.

Making lists is amazingly simple.  Todofrog also allows you to quickly edit and move around items on your lists.

It enables you to edit, view and delete the to do items and lists.  You can check mark item(s) to indicate them as completed tasks.

You can share your public lists with friends by sending an email or via a direct link to the list.

As in the above screenshot, you can also print your public lists in a nice, elegant style. As todofrog is a web based service, you can access your lists from anywhere and organize them according to your needs.
