Send an Online Postcard with Postcard.fm

postcard.fm logoAre you too lazy to send a real postcard from your vacation?  Do you wish that all postcards had music?  If you answered yes to either of those questions, you are going love Postcard.fm.

Postcard.fm allows you to make an online postcard by uploading a photo of yourself, preferably at a tourist attraction, and adding some good postcard music.  What is postcard music?  Well, I haven’t figured that one out yet, but I’m sure a nice ballad would work perfect.  I went with some nice Slayer Coldplay.

After you pick the photo and the song, add in a friend’s email then check out the preview of your masterpiece.  In the preview window, you’ll be able to add some text to tell your friends all about your awesome vacation.

Discover New Music with StumbleAudio

stumbleaudio logoStumbleAudio follows in the footsteps of StumbleUpon except instead of finding new websites you find new music.  If you are familiar with StumbleUpon, the same basic rules apply.  You “Stumble” through random tracks on the Internet and give a simple “Thumbs Up” or “Thumbs Down” to the track you are listening to.

StumbleAudio makes it easy to get started, as you don’t even have to sign up to use the service.  However, you will need to register if you want to save your favorites, but it’s not hard.  Let’s take a quick look at all StumbleAudio has to offer.
