At LostInTechnology, we try to bring you the best and most relevant information about technology.  I am always trying to bring on new writers and expand the site to cover more and more information.  With that expansion, I like to experiment and try new things.

Today, I’m introducing a new series called “Kyle’s Quick Picks.”  In this series of posts, I am going to be recommending gadgets, games, software or any tech product that I currently own, have owned or have used in the past.  This will let you learn more about my favorite gadgets and give you a few ideas of the next ones you want.

I will be using Amazon affiliate links to link to the product.  If you buy any of the products I recommend, I will receive a small percentage of the sale.  Any extra income I get helps me grow the site and keep making it better for all of my readers.  I look forward to sharing my picks and getting your feedback.  Let’s get to the first pick.

The Pick

My first recommendation are my Sennheiser HD-555 audiophile headphones.  These headphones had been on my wish list for about 3 years before I finally got them, and they were worth the wait.

They are the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever worn, because they go completely around your ears, and the ear pads are covered in velour.  These are definitely some luxury headphones.

I mostly use these headphones for gaming, but I also use them to listen to music on my iPod and at the computer.  Either way, these headphones provide great sound quality and performance.  Another great feature is the ability to replace the cord if it ever gets chewed up by your dog or caught in the vacuum.  This way you can make sure they last you a long time.

Conclusion

These headphones are definitely a great investment and are durable enough to hang around for a long time.  What headphones do you use?

If you’re anything like me, you meticulously research your gadget purchases until you just can’t stand it anymore.  I Google this, and I Google that in order to find several different reviews.  The hard part is you don’t always know which reviews are high quality and which ones you can trust.  TestFreaks helps cure all of these problems.

TestFreaks is a review aggregator.  It pulls together tons of reviews about all kinds of gadgets from all over the Internet.  It also denotes which reviews are “expert” reviews.  This makes the reviews much more trustworthy and gives you piece of mind.
