For all our Mac fans, I took to listing the top five blogging tools for the platform. Blogging has quickly become the media form of choice not just for individuals, but for large news outlets as well. The freedom that comes with blogging has attracted people from all walks of life, with interests as varied as stars in the sky.
With all the opportunity in the blogosphere, it was important for me to share the tools that I use as a Mac owner with the audience of Lost in Technology. If you’ve not blogged out there before, these tools are not blogging platform specific. Blogger, Typepad, Movable Type and Wordpress all work with these tools. Take the plunge and share your thoughts with the world. Make sure you leave a comment below with your blog site so that our readers can visit and interact with you on your site.
Please note that not all the tools came FREE, some had a small price attached, but the software more than paid for itself when it came time to get posts done. If you are a MAC owner, make sure to check the series out and chime in with your thoughts on the applications, or perhaps if you use other methods, share those as well.
Tools #4 & #5: Pingoat & Pukka

How to Center Pictures in WordPress
Posted on 08. May, 2008 by Kyle Judkins.
WordPress is a great tool, but it is not without a few bugs here and there. I have found that the ability to center images in WordPress is a little lacking, so I’m going to tell you guys the solution I have found to get that picture centered just right using HTML.
- Place <center> before the image’s HTML code and </center> after the image’s HTML code.
I know there is some other HTML code that is supposed to center the images, but I found this method to work the best for me.
One final thing to keep in mind is to make sure you add this code at the end of editing your post. I have noticed that if you edit your post several times after adjusting your image, WordPress will just ignore the HTML changes you made.
Let me know what your solutions are.

Finding a Digg Wordpress Plugin
Posted on 10. Oct, 2007 by Kyle Judkins.
Oh! To be able to digg. It is a much sweeter feeling than you would think. As you may well notice, I have a nice little strip of links to bookmarking sites at the end of every post. That plugin was very easy to install and get working.
You must also notice this digg button on the right of this post. Well, that plugin was much harder to get working. After several hours and many different plugins, I finally found the diggIT plugin by Tuggo. The instructions on their site were very easy to follow, and I was able to finally get my digg button up. Now all I need is for you to digg all of my articles as much as possible.
